The opportunity Port Stephens Libraries is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic administrative professional to provide seamless support to the Library Services Manager and broader Library team. As Business Support Officer you will coordinate the Administration Office of Port Stephens Libraries, enabling a wide range of projects and services to be delivered to the community. You will be the point of contact for Tilligerry Community Library and liaise with the volunteer in charge, to provide a high level of support and assistance. Prepare and manage correspondence, undertake electronic file management, and resolve enquiries Process financial transactions including monthly credit cards and reconciliations, create online requisitions, and assist in preparing, reconciling and lodging monthly statistical and financial reports/returns to state agencies Produce promotional material for library programs, activities and events, and promote via eNewsletter, social media, library website and other communication channels Create, promote, and manage online library programs and events via Eventbrite We’re all about putting the right people, in the right role!
